*Your name and/or your former name if your name has changed.
*The year(s) in which you lived in Ituna or the years in which you attended Ituna School or graduated .
*Your E-mail address (if you want others to correspond with you through e-mail)
*Your current physical address, etc. (you may only want to include the name of the city or town, rather than street address)  
*Any further information you wish to include about yourself.. (please be brief...often this information is better left for personal correspondence rather than posting to the web...you decide!)
